and develop new business within your assigned territory Sell new
and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio
Build strong relationships with customers and support their capital
equipment purchasing decisions Partner with internal departments to
ensure a smooth sales and delivery process Analyze your territory
and identify opportunities to increase market share Work with your
Regional Sales Manager on territory planning and account strategy
Develop business plans tailored to key customers to drive both
customer satisfaction and profitability Stay engaged with customers
through consistent communication and follow-up What you bring
Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in material
handling, construction, or a related B2B industry Proven success in
developing and managing a sales territory Strong communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills Understanding of basic
financial principles and margins Persistent and self-motivated,
with a high sense of urgency Comfortable with cold calling and
prospecting via phone, email, and in-person visits Proficient with
Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiar with CRM
