Job Description:
The Buyer Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws
energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing.
They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of
quality. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the
knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer
agent who is committed to excellence, putting clients first,
practicing with integrity, and seeking win-win agreements for the
betterment of our clients.
The Buyer Agent prospects for leads daily via multiple lead
sources, closes those leads to appointments, closes for agreements,
and then conducts a high-level strategy session. They will then
create a curated search according to the client's needs and
non-negotiables and will set up showing appointments with the
buyer(s). They will help the clients identify the home that matches
their needs and will refine the criteria and close for contract
offers. At that point, the Buyer Agent will write the offer,
negotiate the contract, and oversee the deal through its close. The
relationship with the client does not stop there - in fact, it's
only the beginning! The agent is committed to continuing to foster
a relationship with the previous client via VCG systems.--
The Buyer Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and
strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses
when appropriate, and regularly practicing conversations and
dialogues. They are committed to investing in the people on the
team and regularly provide them with learning and growth
opportunities as well. They understand the concept of a team and
how their activity impacts others on the team.
The Buyer Agent's activities directly affect the bottom line, and
as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and
greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills
and developing into a leader within the team.
This is a 100% commission position with the potential to earn a
six-figure income, along with leadership, self-development, and
growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will
maintain or exceed:
--- Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to
appointments, close for buyer agency agreements
--- Conduct a Buyer Strategy session including Educating Buyer
clients on the home buying process and market conditions,
Conducting a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to
all buyer clients and Ensuring that buyer clients are pre-approved
with a local mortgage lender (whenever possible)
--- Curate a list of homes that meet client needs - identifying
homes that best meet their non-negotiables, refining needs, and
closing for an offer including searching the local MLS systems as
well as searching for off-market properties via VCG systems and
collecting in off-market database
--- Write and submit all offers for buyer clients, effectively
negotiating offers and overseeing the entire negotiation process
including negotiating all inspection repairs
--- Develop and maintain expert knowledge regarding mortgage
financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
--- Communicate promptly responding within 12 hours (max) to all
client phone calls, texts, and emails and Communicate diligently
with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to
buyer clients from initial contact to contract to close and
beyond
--- Maintain relationships with buyer clients via VCG systems to
ensure client reviews and future client referrals
Qualifications:
--- Excellent at building rapport
--- Growth-minded, learning-based, willing to learn and practice
conversations and dialogues
--- People- and service-oriented and able to work and collaborate
in a team environment
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Good organizational skills
--- Active Georgia Real estate license in good standing
--- 1-3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
