that works better.We are looking for an experienced Solutions
Architect to support the Business Development team in developing
new partner integrations, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and
managing the release process across different TeamViewer products.
TeamViewer, a Germany-based company with offices worldwide, is
expanding its Business Development team.Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Product Management and Business Development
to maintain a development roadmap for integrations and
partnerships.
- Gain deep technical knowledge of third-party platforms we
integrate with (e.g., Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce,
Freshworks, Atlassian) and serve as a subject matter expert for
technical issues/questions.
- Collaborate with internal or external engineering teams to
design technical solutions based on business and product
requirements.
- Manage development vendors for implementation of integrations
and oversee the entire release process.
- Project manage technical deliverables, working with support,
operational, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth partnership
operations.
- Work proactively with internal product teams to submit feature
requests, suggest improvements, and resolve bugs.
- Be responsible for post-release technical issues and act as an
escalation point for technical support.
- Manage demo and QA environments, act as product owner for tool
development projects, and address complex partner technical
issues.Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years in software technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
Master's preferred.
- Experience leading API/SDK integrations with large SaaS
platforms, mobile technologies, IoT, and AR applications.
- Experience with software engineering and architecture design
for enterprise applications.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record in technical project management and leading
challenging initiatives.
- Passionate about cloud, enterprise applications, and emerging
technologies.
- Ability to travel internationally.Additional Information:
