Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Administrator II
in Information Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, create, and maintain client desktop images, configuration,
software distribution, and patching
Provide Tier III support to internal customers by processing
incidents and service requests
Use ServiceNow to track, record, and maintain all incidents and
change requests
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in a technical field or equivalent
3 years of relevant and progressive job-related experience
2 years of experience in a support position in an information
systems environment
Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education
