Purpose We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Banquet Line
Cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for
executing dishes with precision, artistry, and consistency,
reflecting the exceptional standards of a luxury dining experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a refined palate, strong attention
to detail, and a deep appreciation for culinary craftsmanship. Key
Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate menu items for banquets
and catered events according to established recipes and
presentation standards. Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and
appearance of all dishes. Assist with large-scale food production
for events of varying sizes. Set up and break down banquet kitchen
stations before and after events. Maintain a clean, organized, and
well-stocked workstation at all times. Uphold all food safety,
sanitation, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with fellow chefs,
culinary leaders, and banquet teams to ensure a smooth service.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and
continuous improvement. Requirements Prior culinary experience in a
luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine dining environment
required. Exceptional culinary skills with strong knowledge of
cooking techniques and kitchen operations. High standards of
cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining
composure and precision. Flexibility to work varied schedules,
including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Formal
culinary training or certification from an accredited institution.
Experience with seasonal, locally sourced, or globally inspired
menus. Passion for innovation and excellence in luxury
hospitality.
