higher degree in nursing - Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse
license - 1 years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU)
preferred - ACLS certification preferred - Ability to function
effectively under stress - Experience with advanced medical
equipment and procedures - Excellent critical thinking and
problem-solving skill - Strong communication and collaboration
skills Responsibilities: - Rapidly assess a patient conditions,
including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and
intervene with the appropriate care - Monitor and provide care to
patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening
conditions - Manage various life-support systems like ventilation
and heart-monitoring - Participate in rapid response and other
emergency situations - Administer medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
develop and implement care plans - Educate patients and their
families about the patient's condition and care plan Benefits: -
