Job Description Hematology/Oncology Opening in Bridgeport, WVMorgantown 35mFull timePermanent PositionPosition Highlights:Starting base salary of $650,000Join an ACS Commission on Cancer accredited Community Comprehensive Cancer ProgramOpportunity for a meaningful impact on patient lives while enjoying life in West Virginias top-ranked communityNon-profit, 300-bed new hospital facilityNew Cancer Center facility with recently expanded infusion centerFour-day work weekExpanding to 6 physicians in the groupRole Details:Duties include diagnosing and treating patients with solid tumor cancers and blood-related cancers/disorders in both outpatient and inpatient settingsTeaching and research opportunities may be availableQualifications:MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)Eligible for a state medical licenseCompletion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowshipBoard certified or eligible in Oncology and Hematology by the American Board of Internal MedicineAll requirements must be met at time of appointmentBenefits Overview:Hospital-employed position with guaranteed base salary plus bonus incentivesComprehensive health benefits403B retirement match program with optional 457B planCME time off and annual allowanceShort-term disability plan covering 100% base salary for up to 6 monthsSignificant recruitment incentives with an initial multi-year contract
