Gifted Healthcare, a leader in nursing and healthcare staffing, is seeking a dedicated Travel LTAC (Long Term Acute Care) Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Travel LTAC RN, you will work in a high-acuity environment where your skills in managing complex patient conditions will be critically important to improving patient outcomes. You will be part of a team that values excellence and compassion in patient care. Assess and monitor the health status of patients under your care. Administer medications and provide necessary treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and evaluate patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on managing their illness or injury, which may include providing information on post-treatment home care needs. Document patient care services and update patient records accurately. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Handle patient emergencies adeptly using appropriate protocols. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
