is now hiring Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNP's) and Physician
Assistants (PA's) for the newly established Medical-Surgical
Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) at the Winship Cancer Institute, Emory
University Hospital Midtown. We offer a variety of shifts to meet
your schedule and career goals. Options include Daytime,
Nocturnist, and Rotating Day/Night shifts, with flexibility to
align with your preferences. Qualifications: The ideal candidate
will have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care as a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Nurse Practitioner

Practice Provider (APP) team at Emory’s Winship Cancer Institute.
Be part of a pioneering Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit
(MSICU) dedicated to the critical care management of oncology
patients at Emory University Hospital Midtown. We are seeking
experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
to join our highly regarded Critical Care APP team at this
nationally recognized cancer center. We offer flexible scheduling
options, including Daytime, Nocturnist, and Rotating Day/Night
roles. Typical full-time positions consist of 3 shifts per week,
with opportunities for additional shifts as needed. Critical Care
APP positions are open to experienced Acute Care Nurse
Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Nurse Practitioner
candidates must be Acute Care certified (ACNP or AGACNP). Assists
in the evaluation and treatment of patients. Documents the delivery
of care in the individual's medical records. Conducts patient
interviews and documents patient histories, psychosocial histories,
health status and medical problems or potential problems. Under the
direction of a physician, performs physical examinations and
specialized diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures including cast
application and removal, wound suturing and dressing changes.
Assists physician in diagnosing medical problems, developing care
plans, and prescribing treatment. Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician
Assistant program. Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse
in the state of Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing and
certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a
Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification
of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Licensed as appropriate in the
state of Georgia. May require at least one year of direct
experience in one or more high acuity clinical specialties. Current
BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association is required.
