provide high-quality, client-centered, and evidence-based speech
therapy services. This role involves conducting evaluations,
developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families
and professionals from other disciplines. The ideal candidate will
have experience working with children across a variety of
developmental levels and communication disorders, and a passion for
making a meaningful difference in the lives of young clients and

Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 as a W2 salaried, exempt position,
providing predictable income with guaranteed pay for cancellations
and protected paid administrative/documentation time. Includes

billing. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Excellence & Service
Delivery Provide direct speech therapy services, including
assessments, treatment planning, and intervention that are ethical
and evidence-based. Provide best practice speech-language therapy
services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) through
assessment and intervention. Educate and counsel families on
communication strategies and home programs to support continued
progress. Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with
federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional
ethical standards. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in
accordance with industry and organizational policies. Advocate for
patient rights and ensure equitable access to services. Physical
Demands: Must be able to maintain a variety of postures (kneeling,
squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
Involves frequent interaction with staff, patients, and the public.

Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an
accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
Experience with early intervention and/or preschool populations
Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
systems Experience working with individuals with autism and
developmental disabilities.
