Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,941 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: RN Specialty: Critical Need Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours Hours per Shift: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Must have relevant license and certifications Description: AUTO OFFER with client approval. Reduced credentialing approved. Manager will call for interview. Case Manager RN: Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, Patient Care Coordination. Will work with leaders on-site supporting case files. May float to other locations as needed. Will update credentialing prior to start.
