We’re currently hiring in Atlanta, Georgia to support a district in need of a Registered Nurse to work on a one-to-one basis with a student. 1:1 School Classroom Nurse Contract Details: - $34.50 – $37.15 per hour - 41-week contracts - This is a one-to-one nurse position to provide medical care to a student throughout the school day based on the student’s medical diagnosis and care plan - Contract is for the current school year - The nurse will be expected to follow medical care plans and medical orders IEP/504 plans and provide effective and pertinent information to the special education team and student caregivers - Nurse will be expected to complete daily documentation - RN will be matched to student based on the nurse’s medical acuity experience - 1:1 school nurse position may include bus runs, field trips, care for students with certain health diagnoses/requirements such as but not limited to behavioral care, seizures, diabetes, allergies, asthma, trach care, vent care, and g-tubes We understand that students come first in schools, so we offer a range of benefits, programs, and support services to help you find the right employer fit and stay focused on caring for your students.
