Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, AMC Channel
Marketing- Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure coordinated
strategies for revenue growth in targeted Academic Medical Centers
(AMCs)
Develop strategic account plans and conduct quarterly business
reviews to track progress and identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and
influencers in prioritized AMCs to support educational and clinical
priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing,
engineering, or a related field required
Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A. or M.S) is highly preferred
10+ years of experience in a commercial role within Orthopaedics,
Medical Devices, or Healthcare sector
5+ years of direct people management or significant project
management experience preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization and
lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
