Job Summary
CBRE is looking for an Account Director to lead our multiple global
client businesses. This role reports to the Global Alliance
director. Responsibilities are Global with a predominant amount of
work in North America and continuous coordination with teams in
Europe, ME, LATAM, APAC. The position involves global business
delivery, overarching global strategy, and cross-functional
alignment. They must be able to connect and maintain relationships
with multiple client stakeholders, be a path of escalation as
required, seek new business opportunities with these clients and
grow the business beyond the existing client base.
Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter,
detail-oriented, adept in the industry and able to be a group
leader of functional teams across a large and complex real estate
portfolio. This person must have a demonstrated history of business
development and client engagement and ability to drive business
results in a collaborative, innovative, ever-changing and ambiguous
environment.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Account Director position is
$250,000.00 annually [or $120.19 per hour] and the maximum salary
for the Account Director position is $275,000.00 annually [or
$132.21 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience.
