About The Role:

The objective for the US Property Management Operations Vice President role is to deliver consistent, elevated operational leadership across Property Management markets through the establishment of key functions, roles and responsibilities for our Property Management Operations, Transition, Client Success, and Learning teams. You will:

• Lead and oversee functional teams to achieve organizational objectives/KPI metrics
• Ensure development of and adherence to Global Standards
• Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures and standards
• Identify and develop solutions to operational risks
  
  What You'll Do:
  
  
  • Global Standards
    • Oversight of Global Standards in conjunction with our markets to meet compliance requirements.
    • Continually review and align standards to meet client and market needs while providing exceptional service deliverables.
    • Market Operations
      • Support and provide resources to market operations teams, ensuring alignment to central vision for scope of services, how roles operate and market coverage.
      • Partner with Property Management Market Leaders where there are gaps in coverage and service.
      • Business Training
        • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team and align Property Management teams to develop and communicate training that meet the needs of the business.
        • Risk Management
          • Establish US PM Risk team and support our US Risk Operations team with oversite of our Global Standards and Environment for Excellence programs.
          • Work with Risk team and Global Audit to implement monitoring and audit program across the US.
          • Operational Communication
            • Partner with Communication team to represent the business perspective in all operational communications and calls.
            • Leadership
              • Lead the US National Operations team and ensure delivery of services align with market expectations.

                • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
                • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
                • Ability to identify and solve the most complex problems.
                • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
                • Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mentality.
                • Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

                  CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the US Property Management Operations Vice President position is $185,000 annually and the maximum salary for the US Property Management Operations Vice President position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
