visibility leadership development programs and projects focused on
Talent Management initiatives. Are you ready to help us make the
future? As a Talent Manager at Honeywell Building Automation, you
will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive
talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and
retain top talent. You will partner with business leaders to
identify talent needs, develop appropriate training, development,
and sponsorship programming. You will work with the HR leaders to
create succession planning processes and ensure a pipeline of
high-potential employees internally. You will lead global
performance management processes to ensure we drive a
high-performance work culture. By leveraging your expertise in
talent management, you will contribute to the growth and success of
Honeywell's workforce. The ideal candidate will work in the Atlanta
(GA69) office and will be required to work on a 3/2 work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by: --------------
Support in executing Enterprise level talent processes including
goal setting, performance reviews, development conversations,
performance management, and talent assessments. --------------
Designing and leading training and development programs to enhance
employee skills and capabilities. (i.e. Executive Builder program,
I&D sponsorship, etc.). -------------- Help BA Talent
management leader in leading succession planning in BA across all
levels. -------------- Collaborating with HR partners to ensure
alignment of talent management initiatives with overall HR and
business strategy and adjusting Talent strategy and programming as
needed. -------------- Staying updated on talent management best
practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
-------------- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior talent
management team members. Key Responsibilities -------------- Lead
Talent Projects and Programs -------------- Manage global and
regional projects -------------- Partner and influence stakeholders
-------------- Anticipate risk and assess health of projects
-------------- Provide guidance within project value chain
-------------- Provide status updates of project -------------- Own
strategic alignment -------------- Analyze interpret and draw
insights from dataYOU MUST HAVE
--- 6+ years' experience in Human Resources or Talent
Management
--- 2+ years' Experience designing and implementing talent
development programs
--- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills
WE VALUE
--- Bachelor's Degree
--- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
(preferred).
--- 2+ years' experience designing and developing Programs
--- Experience working within matrix environment
--- Strategic thinking and ability to design and execute talent
management programs aligned to business goals.
