This is an opportunity for a self-sufficient project manager to expand their construction knowledge and project portfolio. These are a unique set of projects covering the large retail, light industrial and self storage sectors of construction. Client DetailsOur client is a premiere General Contractor based in the Atlanta area. They focus on Large retail and Light Industrial projects throughout the Southeast area. They have long standing relationships with their clients and an established reputation in the market.Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.Profile
  • 5+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
  • Experience handling large retail, light industrial, or self storage projects from the ground up
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate and be organizedJob Offer
