Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Department: Maintenance Manager: Maintenance Supervisor Direct Reports: None Other key team/positions: Plant Supervisors and Line Leaders, Personnel, Garage, Office staff Key Responsibilities: Maintain all equipment in the plant Check for proper operating conditions Perform PMs for all equipment Repair any broken equipment Help in other areas of Maintenance as needed Physical Requirements: Frequently required to walk, climb, and move in tight spaces; frequently required to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, and controls; must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust vision focus; work is performed in a plant setting with moderate noise level in the working environment Skills and Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of all equipment and facility operations Communication skills Knowledge of risk management and process safety management programs Mechanical abilities Basic computer skills Knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and state guidelines Ability to read and write in English Competencies: Core Competencies Integrity Simplicity Discipline Teamwork Servant Leadership Job Specific Competencies Organized Flexible Reliable Resourceful Time management
