Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a
skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our
multi-disciplined design team. This role is ideal for an
experienced professional who values collaboration, quality design,
and exceptional service. As a key member of our in-house
engineering team, you will lead the design and coordination of
electrical systems across a wide range of project types—from early
planning and analysis through construction administration. Our firm

responsiveness, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do: Lead the
design of electrical building systems including power distribution,
lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems for commercial,
municipal, educational, and institutional projects. Collaborate
closely with in-house architects, civil, structural, mechanical
engineers, and designers to develop fully coordinated construction
documents. Prepare design calculations, load analyses, single-line
diagrams, panel schedules, and construction details using AutoCAD
and Revit. Apply sound engineering judgment while adhering to
applicable codes (NEC, IBC, IECC, ASHRAE, etc.) and client-specific
standards. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior
staff, supporting professional development and ensuring quality
deliverables. Engage in construction administration tasks including
submittal reviews, site visits, RFIs, and punch list reviews.
Participate in internal design reviews, quality control efforts,
and interdepartmental coordination meetings. Maintain client
relationships and contribute to a service-first culture with a
hands-on, problem-solving approach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of electrical design experience, preferably in
a multidisciplinary A&E firm environment. Professional Engineer
(PE) license required or obtainable within 6 months. Proficient in
AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SKM PowerTools or similar
electrical modeling software is a plus. Strong working knowledge of
applicable codes and design standards. Excellent organizational,
communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple
projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across disciplines. What
