IT & Finance SaaS Applications Integration Specialist
Potential to convert to perm
Atlanta, GA (hybrid) - onsite: 1-2 days per week
6+Month Contract

Overview: This role is multi-faceted, supporting multiple SaaS applications utilized by IT and Finance teams. It requires a deep understanding of Agile Information Technology organizations and a strong data-oriented mindset. It will involve enabling our Technology Business Management framework and practice by identifying, procuring, and integrating diverse IT-related data sets, leveraging the ApptioOne platform. Additionally, it will involve realizing end-to-end integrations with our enterprise agile planning and work management tool, Apptio Targetprocess, and other IT tools, as well as tool configurations and customizations to support the needs of ever-changing and maturing Agile teams.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, procure, and integrate IT-related data sets to enable Technology Business Management framework.
• Implement end-to-end integrations with enterprise agile planning tools such as Apptio Targetprocess.
• Configure and customize SaaS applications to support the evolving needs of Agile teams.
• Optimize and automate workflows and business processes.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams. Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, APIs/Webhooks, Javascript/JSON.
  • Strong working knowledge of holistic data integration solutions including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, testing & quality assurance.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs & Webhooks, Javascript & JSON, XML, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and/or Kanban, and managing work in an Enterprise Agile Planning tool.
  • Ability to optimize and automate workflows and business processes.
  • Effective communication & collaboration skills using Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong self-management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with Apptio Products (ApptioOne, Targetprocess, Cloudability), SaaS application administration & configuration, familiarity with Cloud/FinOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate & Power BI, advanced or expert Microsoft Excel including pivots, functions, importing & manipulating data.
