Job Description Job Description Home Improvement Service Technician Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. About the Role American Home Design is looking for an experienced and dependable Home Improvement Service Technician to join our team. This position performs warranty work and repairs in customers' homes while also assisting with warehouse duties to support our installation and service departments. Responsibilities Perform warranty work and home repairs Repair and adjust windows, doors, and sashes Complete minor plumbing repairs related to shower or bath installations Handle light carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs Unload delivery trucks and assist with warehouse operations Monitor, scan, and update inventory databases to ensure accurate stock levels Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile variances Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Experience in general home repair, carpentry, or maintenance Proficiency with common hand and power tools Strong communication and time management skills Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits Company truck and tools provided Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid holidays and vacation Great work environment with a supportive team Well-known, stable company with 40 years of success Pay based on experience Why Join American Home Design?
