Come join a #1 team and do some good!ResponsibilitiesThe mission of the Marketing Analytics function is to disseminate insights, learnings, and build the measurement agendas across the marketing department to inform strategy and activation. The teams will champion a data-led-mindset, establishing sustainable measurement methods and approaches to developing and delivering actionable insights.Key responsibilities of the teams include:

• Establish accountability and measurement framework at the campaign level, including tactical/initiative measurement across all campaign teams.
• Develop learning agendas and measurement plans to drive measurement requirements.
• Measures performance of agent marketing programs through channel & function insights and dashboards.
• Provides support by delivering reporting & key insights for marketing initiatives & support programs.
• Serves as point of contact for Marketing Strategy, investment philosophy development, sizing potential new work, and monitor the competitor landscape.
• We're searching for a current or aspiring leader who has results delivering analytics that lead to action, can build trust and partner across multiple functional areas.In this role, you will support Marketing by:
  • Develop performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Consume market research to identify customer segments, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Use data insights to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and campaigns for improved performance.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Develop analysis that help field marketing leadership and analysts understand their performance metrics and utilization of agent marketing programs.
  • Leading and advancing a high-performing team of technical marketing analysts.
  • Building trust and partnership across multiple functional areas in Marketing and with Enterprise business partners.QualificationsQualified candidates will have the following experience:
    • 5+ years of Marketing experience with some leadership responsibilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing combined with Business Analytics or Computer Science preferred.
    • Leading in analytical capacity, including formal leadership and/or as a team lead, project lead, etc.
    • Proficiency in analytics software and experience with SQL for data querying.
    • Knowledge of statistical methods and tools to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights.
    • Hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation, including familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies.

      • Potential starting salary range: $133,500 - $175,250
        • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.
        • High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.
