Job Description Job Description Jamestown JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION/LEVEL: Staff Accountant – Corporate Accounting FLSA STATUS: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Corporate Accounting DATE: February 2026 JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a team player with the desire to learn and grow to join our corporate accounting team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a motivated individual with strong critical thinking skills. The position will report to the Vice President of the Corporate Accounting team but will work closely with other members of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements in accordance with GAAP for the parking divisions. Prepare monthly billings for various reimbursable expenses and/or monthly fees Prepare monthly/quarterly/annually billings for revenue Collaborate with other teams regarding all billings Reconcile and analyze large volume of transactions Review expense reports for compliance with company policy Assist with external year-end audits including preparation of necessary work papers. Perform ad-hoc projects, tasks and analysis to help support decisions, resolve issues or support various business needs. Utilize multiple accounting systems - MRI, Nexus, Billquick, Concur. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Intermediate to advanced Excel and computer skills Demonstrate a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail oriented Ability to execute and follow up Strong reconciliation skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse team members and partners
