Apply today to join the industry leader in treasury services with open roles in:--- General Industries - Atlanta, GAResponsibilities include:--- Focus on growing new and existing relationships by identifying and cross selling our global treasury solutions--- Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Sales Analysts in day to say support of client deliverables--- Be a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital, and real time payments adoption--- Manage and lead strategic dialogues around key client centric issues by leveraging industry best practices, peer benchmarking, and industry data analytics--- Maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structureRequired Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified- 3+ yeas experience in Treasury Sales / client relationship experience.--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience--- Intellectually curious and motivated to continuously improve processes--- Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills--- Proven negotiation and active listening skills--- Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills--- Successfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelines--- Strong business/financial acumen of all types of simple and complex clients --- Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts--- Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction--- Successfully maneuvers throughout the enterprise--- Proactively engages all internal partners for sales opportunities--- Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank--- Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a close team member in a fast paced environmentDesired skills:--- Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent--- International/Cash Management and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience--- Intrinsically motivated to continuously improve processes and/or one's own education Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
