This is a multifaceted role with broad exposure to all components of a rapidly growing software business. Learn multiple financial systems, P&L drivers, Forecasting variance analysis, and Strategic business planning.--Key Responsibilities------------------Partnering with business to deliver AOP targets------------------Month-end close and reporting------------------Support forecasts, AOP, STRAP------------------Monthly Report outs to cross functional organizations------------------R&D Spend analysis, & various Ad-hoc analysis and projects------------------Assist Digital transformation process------------------Assist audits and internal controls----#LI-HYBRID-- YOU MUST HAVE -- 2+ years of progressive finance experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration -- WE VALUE MBA, CPA or CMA, Master in Finance preferred FP&A experience General Ledger experience Software and SaaS experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities --Additional Information
